This engagement level is for either founders that would benefit from a thought partner or companies seeking advice on HR strategies and best practices. This structure also works well for executives and leadership teams in need of management advice and coaching.

Project Based

This engagement level is ideal for discrete pieces of work that can be done by an outside party. Examples include policies and handbooks, compensation benchmarking, performance management design, job leveling and career paths, employee engagement surveys, and harassment complaint investigations.
